大连中川正航国际船舶管理有限公司成立于2008年1月24日，是经辽宁省交通厅审核批准成立的专门从
事国际∕国内船舶管理业务的专业公司，具有管理国际∕国内船舶的管理资格，从事散杂货船、油船、冷藏船、工程辅助船等船型的国际∕国内船舶管理业务。
DALIAN TRANSQUARE-LINE INTERNATIONAL SHIP MANAGEMENT CO., LTD. with approval of Liaoning Provincial Communications Department,established in January 24, 2008,is specialized in domestic/foreign vessels management business,with rich experience in professional management qualification for domestic/foreign vessels.The company is engaged in vessel management business for domestic/foreign vessels,such as bulker carrier,general cargo, oil tanker, refrigerated vessel, engineering working vessel, etc.
公司已通过中国海事局、中国船级社的审核，并分别获得中国海事局DOC证书。现我公司管理32艘船舶。全球航线船舶7艘、5艘东南亚船舶、1艘国内沿海船舶、4艘多用途工程船舶和航行于中日韩航线船舶15艘。配备船员80余人。公司汇聚了一批来自中远、中海、香港巴拉歌、新加坡OCEAN TANKER、Senator Line（德国胜利航运）等各大公司对海洋怀有深厚情感的资深的远洋船长、轮机长和各类航运专业人士，公司高级专业管理人员19人。
The company has successfully passed MSA China/CCS audit, and obtained DOC issued by MSA China and CCS . At present there are 32 vessels under company’s management,including 7 international trading vessels,5 south-east Asia trading vessels, 1 costal vessel, 4 multi-purpose vessels and 15 vessels engaged in China, Japan and Korea voyages.The company has total 19 senior Captains,Chief engineers,and standardized management staff, with ocean-deep feelings and senior qualification.Most of them came from COSCO,CS, XXX, OCEAN TANKER、Senator Line, ETC.
所有管理人员经常不定期参加各主管机关及“IACS”成员中的业务培训，不断提高业务水平，逐步形成具有自己鲜明特色，规范化、细致化的成熟安全管理体系。
All management staff often join irregular business training hold by government authorities and IAFS members, which improves their professional level,gradually formed characteristic, high-efficient and detailed mutual safety management system.

2.机务、海务和安排维修；
2.Engineering, marine and maintenance arrangements；
3.船员招聘、培训、配备和管理；

4.保证船舶技术状况和正常航行的其它服务；及符合法律、法规规定的经营业务；
